Enjoyable stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel with excellent staff and awesome breakfasts. Great modern and well laid out rooms with feather pillows and NICE views.

I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar were available here. The location was favourable to ocean.

It was characterful base for celebrating birthday. The staff was super-friendly and exceptionally nice, offered late check-out, concierge service and wake up service free of charge. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was special overall. The swimming pool was great too. The location was prime, overlooking ocean. The place was minutes away from the heart of Kosgoda. Enjoyed the outdoor restaurant which is a restaurant and bar.

The hotel is surrounded by lush green jungle and empties directly onto a beautiful sandy beach. Staff are friendly and attentive, particularly in the pool bar, and the beds are comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offer great spreads, and the rooms are clean and cozy.

The lack of choice in restaurants is a downside.

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, offering all the modern amenities I needed for my business trip. I especially appreciated the large pool and the fantastic variety of international food for breakfast. The hotel's central location made it easy to navigate the area and explore the local attractions. The staff was always polite and kind, providing me with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

That the rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear the noise from outside. It was a bit difficult to concentrate at times, but it didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

The food was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed two complementary activities - a birthday cake for our daughter and a dedicated kids room. the hotel’s location was also spot on, making it easy to go out and do the touristy things we had planned. the amenities were top-notch and made our stay that much more comfortable.

The rooms were not soundproofed, making it hard to sleep through some of the outside noise. the check-in time was not flexible, which was a bit of a bummer as our plans were slightly shifted around after getting there.

The breakfast at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort was an absolute delight. The wide variety of Sri Lankan dishes offered made for a truly exceptional culinary experience. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome and ensured that our dietary needs were met beyond our expectations. The location of the resort, near the beautiful Kosgoda Beach, offered easy access to enchanting tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue, offering exclusive amenities such as a stunning outdoor swimming pool, sauna, Spa & wellness centre with massage service and a beauty treatment center. The leisure/ TV room, the garden area, and the sun terrace with sun loungers are the perfect places to relax. The restaurant offers special diet menus and snacks at the snack bar, providing in-room breakfast or packed lunch if required. It's on the beachfront with beach access making it the perfect location for a beach holiday and the private facilities available are excellent.

The only issue I had during my stay here was that I had to wait until the strictly-check-in time of 3 pm, although I had attempted to book an earlier check-in. However, this was a minor problem and did not impact my enjoyable stay.
